cannabis to buy

Driving while under the pro medical marijuana influence of cannabis — or any other drug — is still illegal in Canada. Cannabis must be sealed and out of reach to drivers and passengers — like in the trunk — if being transported by car. If caught driving while high, you could face substantial fines and possibly go to prison. The new rules governing delivery and curbside pick-up services on a permanent basis are established in Ontario Regulation 468/18 under the Cannabis Licence Act, 2018 and in the Registrar’s Standards for Cannabis retail stores which will be updated March 15, 2022. Some provisions currently in the Registrar’s Standards will be eliminated to avoid duplication with permanent provisions in theregulation. Under the provincial Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act, a business convicted of selling cannabis without a licence is liable to a fine up to $50,000, and individuals involved in the sale of illegal cannabis are liable to a fine of up to $10,000 and/or imprisonment up to 6 months.
